Direct to garment printing required in Vietnam,China or Thailand. Natural fabrics.
Good day! We are an international fashion brand producing high quality limited collections for premium European markets. Products: T-shirt, Polo Shirt, Tops.
We are looking for direct to garment digital printing supplier in Vietnam, Thailand or China (preferably Guangzhou or Hong Kong)
We require printing patterns: Printing area: 65X70 cm (the maximum size of a pattern), all over print. If you don’t have large format plattens we may print fabric roll, if so - fabric width is generally 180cm, otherwise we can cut the roll to suit the printer size. All fabrics are white color.
Colors: from 7 to 25. We require colors to be as bright as the original image and not to be washed out after 10 washes.
Volumes: about 500 sq/m: Silk – 83 sq/m, Cotton pique – 230 sq/m, Modal – 180 sq/m
Requirements: we are looking for best digital printers in the industry such as Kornit, Mimaki, Brothers etc. The same requirements for the inks.
We don’t need sublimation because we don’t work with polyester or mixed fabrics. We don’t need screen or water-based printing neither.
We tried to find suppliers, but faced the issue of small printing area.
We would appreciate if someone could recommend someone in the region.
